Tanggung Jawab
- Warmly greet and register guests, ensuring a seamless and efficient check-in/check-out process.
- Manage room assignments and accommodate special guest requests with accuracy and a friendly attitude.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries professionally while maintaining detailed records.
- Process payments, manage guest folios, and maintain high standards of cash handling and financial accuracy.
- Act as the primary point of contact for guest concerns, providing prompt, effective, and empathetic service recovery.
- Coordinate closely with the housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness and facility standards.
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of hotel services, local attractions, and amenities to provide informed guest recommendations.
Kualifikasi
- Graduate of Hospitality Management, Tourism, or any related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a front desk or customer-facing role within the hospitality industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency in Hotel Management Systems (PMS).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a calm and professional demeanor under pressure.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
- High level of integrity, punctuality, and professional presentation.
