Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage guest check-in/check-out procedures with efficiency and accuracy
  • Handle reservation systems and room assignments while optimizing occupancy rates
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and effectively
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B departments for seamless operations
  • Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
  • Prepare daily reports on occupancy rates and guest feedback
  • Ensure front desk area maintains professional appearance and supplies

Kualifikasi

  • High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
  • 1+ years of front office or customer service experience
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages valued
  • Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Fidelio)
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Valid work permit for Indonesia
