Tanggung Jawab
- Manage guest check-in/check-out procedures with efficiency and accuracy
- Handle reservation systems and room assignments while optimizing occupancy rates
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and effectively
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B departments for seamless operations
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Prepare daily reports on occupancy rates and guest feedback
- Ensure front desk area maintains professional appearance and supplies
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
- 1+ years of front office or customer service experience
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages valued
- Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Fidelio)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Valid work permit for Indonesia
