Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the daily check-in and check-out process with precision and a welcoming attitude.
- Provide comprehensive information regarding villa amenities, spa services, and local attractions in Seminyak.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints efficiently to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure villa readiness and cleanliness standards.
- Maintain accurate guest records and handle payments according to company cash handling policies.
- Assist in managing booking reservations and answering guest correspondence via phone, email, and OTA platforms.
- Ensure the lobby and reception area remain professional, organized, and inviting at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent; Diploma in Hospitality or Tourism is preferred.
- Previous experience in a Front Office or Guest Relations role within a villa, hotel, or resort environment is highly advantageous.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory; additional languages are a plus.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a guest-centric mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to rotating shifts (including weekends and holidays).
- Proficient in basic computer applications and experience with Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Energetic, well-groomed, and maintaining a professional appearance at all times.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle pressure with a smile.
