We are currently seeking a dedicated Front Office Daily Worker to serve as the welcoming face of our resort. In this role, you will play a crucial part in creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for our guests, ensuring their stay is memorable from the moment they arrive.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Greet and warmly welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently, including handling necessary paperwork and payments.
  • Answer incoming phone calls and respond to emails professionally, providing accurate information about hotel facilities.
  • Manage guest inquiries regarding local attractions, dining options, and transportation.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms and public areas are ready.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment at the front desk and lobby area.
  • Handle baggage handling and general guest requests with a service-oriented mindset.

Kualifikasi

  • High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification.
  • Previous experience in a hotel, resort, or front office environment is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English; additional language skills are a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with guests quickly.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and nights as required.
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with hotel management systems.
  • Friendly, approachable, and detail-oriented personality.
