We are seeking a dynamic Front Office Executive to join our hospitality team in Singapore. As the first point of contact for our valued guests, you will be instrumental in delivering exceptional customer experiences while ensuring seamless front desk operations. This role requires a proactive professional with outstanding communication skills and a passion for hospitality excellence. You will manage check-in/check-out processes, handle guest inquiries with precision, and coordinate with multiple departments to resolve issues promptly. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage all front desk operations including efficient check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments
- Process guest payments, handle cash transactions, and maintain accurate financial records
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professional solutions
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments for seamless service delivery
- Operate property management systems and reservation software with proficiency
- Assist with VIP guest handling and special event coordination
- Ensure front desk area maintains professional appearance and necessary supplies
- Contribute to team training initiatives and service improvement projects
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
- Minimum 2 years front desk experience in luxury/hotel environment
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera, Fidelio, etc.)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Strong multitasking abilities with attention to detail
- Fluency in English; additional languages highly valued
- Valid Singapore work permit or citizenship
- Proven track record in delivering outstanding customer service
