Tanggung Jawab
- Manage guest check-in/check-out procedures ensuring efficient service
- Handle reservations, cancellations, and room modifications accurately
- Respond to guest inquiries regarding amenities, services, and local attractions
- Process payments and manage financial transactions securely
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments for guest requests
- Maintain detailed records of guest preferences and feedback
- Resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally
- Support cross-departmental collaboration during peak seasons
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in front office or customer service roles
- Proficiency in reservation systems (e.g., Opera, Amadeus)
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Basic knowledge of hospitality industry standards
