Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm and professional demeanor upon arrival at the hotel.
- Manage the check-in and check-out processes efficiently and accurately using the PMS system.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and in-person inquiries regarding bookings, room availability, and hotel services.
- Resolve guest complaints, requests, and issues promptly to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction.
- Assist with front desk operations during peak hours to maintain a smooth workflow.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area and lobby environment.
- Collaborate with other departments such as housekeeping and housekeeping to ensure guest needs are met.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a hotel front office or reception role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of Malay is a plus.
- Proficiency in using Hotel Property Management Systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, nights, and public holidays.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude and problem-solving abilities.
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or tourism certification is preferred.
- Must have a professional appearance and a pleasant personality.
