Tanggung Jawab
- Warmly welcome and register guests upon arrival, ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in process.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally, striving for optimal guest satisfaction.
- Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications efficiently using the hotel's property management system.
- Process payments accurately, handle cash and credit card transactions, and maintain a balanced cash drawer.
- Provide comprehensive information about resort facilities, services, local attractions, and dining options.
- Maintain a tidy, organised, and presentable front desk and lobby area, reflecting the resortβs high standards.
- Collaborate effectively with other departments (e.g., Housekeeping, F&B, Concierge) to fulfil guest needs and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Perform night audit duties as required, ensuring the accuracy of daily financial transactions and reports.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a Front Office or Guest Services role, preferably within a hotel or resort environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and other languages (e.g., Mandarin) is a significant advantage.
- Strong customer service orientation with a genuine desire to assist guests and resolve issues efficiently.
- Proficiency in using Property Management Systems (PMS) and standard office software (Microsoft Office Suite).
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, as required by the hospitality industry.
- A professional, friendly, and approachable demeanor with a keen eye for detail and strong organizational skills.
- Proactive problem-solver with the ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure.
- Relevant Diploma or Certificate in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field is preferred.
