Tanggung Jawab
- Warmly welcome guests during the check-in process and ensure a seamless check-out experience.
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and resolution.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and engineering departments to address room-specific requirements or service requests.
- Manage room allocations and oversee administrative tasks related to guest arrivals and departures.
- Provide comprehensive information regarding hotel facilities, local attractions, and concierge services to enhance guest stays.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of room categories, rates, and current hotel promotions to assist with upselling opportunities.
- Perform daily audits and balance reports to ensure accuracy in front office accounting and billing.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a front-of-house role within a luxury hotel or hospitality environment.
- Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English; ability to speak an additional language is a significant advantage.
- Proficiency in Hotel Property Management Systems (PMS), such as Opera or similar software.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the capacity to remain calm under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for guest service excellence.
- Willingness to work on a rotating shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
