Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee night-time clubhouse operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
  • Manage the front office check-in/check-out process and handle member inquiries with professionalism.
  • Conduct regular patrols of the clubhouse premises to maintain safety, security, and cleanliness standards.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to address maintenance or facility issues that arise during the night shift.
  • Handle emergency situations or member complaints calmly and effectively, following established safety protocols.
  • Maintain accurate shift logs, reports, and administrative documentation for handover to the day team.
  • Ensure all facility rules and regulations are communicated and adhered to by guests.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum GCE 'N'/'O' Levels, Nitec, or Diploma in Hospitality/Tourism management.
  • Prior experience in hotel front office, customer service, or security-related roles is highly advantageous.
  • Ability to commit to permanent night shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic clubhouse management software.
  • Highly responsible individual with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
