In this role, you will act as the face of our villa, providing a warm welcome to guests from around the world and ensuring their stay is nothing short of exceptional. You will be the primary point of contact for guest inquiries, concierge requests, and operational support. Tanggung Jawab
- Warmly welcome guests upon arrival, manage check-in/check-out processes, and handle administrative registration.
- Serve as the primary concierge, offering expert recommendations on local dining, transport, and tourist attractions in Bali.
- Act as the first point of contact for guest inquiries, requests, and issue resolution, ensuring prompt and satisfactory outcomes.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms and property facilities meet the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort.
- Maintain accurate guest records and handle payments or booking deposits with precision.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and pro-actively address feedback to enhance the overall villa experience.
- Prepare arrival amenities and ensure personalized touches for returning or VIP guests.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in front office, guest relations, or hospitality management (luxury villa or hotel background preferred).
- Excellent command of spoken and written English; proficiency in additional languages is a significant advantage.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a polished, professional demeanor.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure.
- A good understanding of local Balinese culture and the Seminyak tourism landscape.
- Flexibility to work on rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Technologically savvy with experience in reservation systems or basic property management software.
