Tanggung Jawab
- Warmly welcome and register guests with personalized service excellence
- Efficiently manage check-in/check-out procedures using PMS systems
- Proactively address guest inquiries and requests throughout their stay
- Coordinate housekeeping, maintenance, and other department services
- Handle guest complaints with empathy and effective resolution protocols
- Maintain accurate guest records and reservation data
- Provide local recommendations for dining, activities, and transportation
- Collaborate with management to implement service improvement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year experience in front office or guest relations roles
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages valued
- Proficiency in property management systems (e.g., Opera, Fidelio)
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced luxury environment
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Attention to detail with organizational documentation skills
- Valid work permit for Bali, Indonesia
