Tanggung Jawab
- Warmly welcome and register guests upon arrival, ensuring a smooth check-in process.
- Manage guest inquiries, feedback, and requests with professionalism and efficiency.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure room readiness and special guest needs are met.
- Handle incoming calls and digital communications in a professional and timely manner.
- Manage billing processes, cash handling, and payment settlements accurately.
- Provide concierge-style information regarding local attractions, amenities, and facility services.
- Maintain high standards of front desk presentation and ensure lobby areas are welcoming.
- Assist in administrative tasks and reporting as required by front office management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level, Diploma in Hospitality, or equivalent certification.
- Previous experience in a front-facing role within the hospitality, hotel, or tourism sector is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a guest-centric mindset.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Proficiency in computer systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office applications.
- Flexibility to work on rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- A proactive team player with a positive attitude and strong attention to detail.
