Tanggung Jawab
- Assist with guest check-in/check-out procedures using hotel management systems
- Manage reservations and ensure accurate documentation of guest preferences
- Handle guest inquiries regarding hotel services, local attractions, and transportation
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and food & beverage departments
- Process payments and maintain financial transaction records
- Uphold brand standards through professional communication and problem-solving
- Participate in daily briefings and contribute to team meetings
Kualifikasi
- Currently enrolled in hospitality, tourism, or business-related program
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with reservation software
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn in fast-paced environment
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
