  • Manage guest check-in/check-out procedures efficiently and accurately

  • Utilize property management systems for daily operations
  • Assist in resolving guest issues and ensuring satisfaction

Kualifikasi

  • Currently enrolled in Hospitality, Tourism, or Business Administration program
  • Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
  • Exceptional customer service orientation and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
  • Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
