Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and motivate the Front Office team to ensure exceptional guest service standards are met daily.
- Supervise daily operations, including check-in/check-out procedures, room assignments, and VIP arrivals.
- Coordinate and manage staff work schedules to ensure optimal coverage and service efficiency.
- Act as the primary point of contact for guest feedback, resolving complaints promptly and professionally to ensure high satisfaction scores.
- Train team members on hotel systems, guest service protocols, and emergency procedures.
- Monitor front office supplies and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby environment.
- Collaborate with Housekeeping and Maintenance departments to ensure seamless room availability and maintenance reporting.
- Prepare regular reports regarding occupancy levels, guest feedback, and operational performance for management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Front Office operations within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a diverse team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficiency in Hotel Management Systems (HMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle guest complaints with empathy and discretion.
- Deep understanding of hospitality service standards and local tourism culture in Bali.
- Flexible availability, including the ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- A professional appearance and a warm, service-oriented personality.
