Join the dynamic team at Solaris Hotel in the beautiful Kuta, Bali! As a Front Office Leader, you will be the face of the hotel, ensuring our guests receive the highest level of service. You will oversee the daily operations of the front desk, manage a team of receptionists, and ensure smooth check-in/check-out processes. This role requires a proactive leader who can handle guest inquiries, resolve complaints efficiently, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate the daily front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and concierge services.
- Train, coach, and motivate front office staff to ensure high service standards.
- Handle VIP guests and special requests with the utmost professionalism and attention to detail.
- Monitor and manage guest feedback and complaints, escalating issues when necessary.
- Ensure the front desk area is tidy, organized, and fully stocked with necessary supplies.
- Assist in scheduling shifts and managing staff performance reviews.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar Front Office Supervisory role in the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency in hotel management software (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is highly preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer service orientation.
