Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist the Front Office Manager in the daily operations of the reception desk and lobby area.
  • Greet and welcome guests warmly, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with efficiency and empathy.
  • Manage the reservation system, update guest profiles, and maintain accurate records.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments to ensure room readiness.
  • Participate in training sessions, staff meetings, and operational briefings.
  • Support the team during peak hours and assist with administrative tasks as needed.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a proactive and customer-centric attitude.
  • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is an advantage but not required.
