- Supervise front desk agents and support staff daily operations
- Implement and maintain Marriott's service excellence standards
- Manage room inventory and reservation systems

- Prepare daily reports and performance metrics
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- 3+ years hotel front office experience
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Proficiency in PMS systems (Opera preferred)
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Fluent in English with Tagalog proficiency
- Marriott brand certification preferred
