  • Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance departments for smooth operations
  • Prepare daily reports including occupancy, revenue, and guest satisfaction metrics

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Management or related field
  • Minimum 3 years experience in hotel front office management
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera, Fidelio, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Knowledge of Singapore tourism industry and local attractions
  • Fluency in English with additional languages preferred
