We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Front Office Manager to lead our reception operations at Lombok Capital Ventures. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for supervising the front desk team, managing guest check-ins and check-outs, and ensuring that every guest enjoys an exceptional experience from the moment they arrive. The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for hospitality and a keen eye for operational excellence.

As the face of our brand, you will oversee the daily reception activities, coordinate with other departments to meet guest needs, and implement high standards of service. You will manage reservation systems, handle guest inquiries with professionalism, and resolve any issues to ensure complete guest satisfaction. Tanggung Jawab

  • Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the front desk and reception area.
  • Manage guest check-ins, check-outs, and room reservations efficiently and accurately.
  • Ensure a high level of customer service and address guest inquiries and complaints promptly.
  • Train, motivate, and supervise front desk staff to maintain service standards.
  • Maintain accurate guest records and manage the hotel's database system.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness.
  • Handle cash handling and POS transactions with strict accuracy.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar Front Office Manager or Supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of hotel management software and reservation systems (e.g., Opera, Fidelio).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Indonesian.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a team.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.
