Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience in front office operations with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office applications
