The Front Office Manager is responsible for leading a team of front desk staff, managing check-in and check-out processes, handling guest inquiries and concerns, and maintaining efficient operations to ensure guest satisfaction. You'll be the first point of contact for our guests, making your role crucial in shaping their perception of our establishment.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all front desk operations, ensuring efficient check-in and check-out processes for guests
- Lead, train, and supervise front desk staff to maintain high service standards
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and efficiency
- Manage room reservations, availability, and allocation to maximize occupancy
- Coordinate with other departments (housekeeping, maintenance, food & beverage) to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Implement and maintain front office procedures and policies
- Monitor front desk performance metrics and implement improvements as needed
- Handle cash management and ensure accurate financial transactions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience in front office operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in property management systems and hotel software
- Problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations calmly
- Knowledge of local attractions and tourism industry in Bali
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus
