Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily front desk operations including check-in/out procedures, room assignments, and guest inquiries
- Lead, train, and motivate the front office team to deliver exceptional service standards
- Manage reservation systems and optimize room inventory for maximum occupancy
- Handle guest complaints with professionalism and implement solutions to ensure satisfaction
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B departments for seamless operations
- Monitor key performance metrics and implement process improvements
- Prepare daily reports and maintain accurate guest records
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years experience in front office management within luxury hospitality
- Proven leadership skills with team management experience
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages preferred
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera, Fidelio, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-centric approach
- Knowledge of local tourism attractions and services
- Relevant hospitality degree or certification
