Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and train the front office team to maintain high service quality standards.
- Oversee daily check-in and check-out procedures to ensure seamless guest arrival and departure experiences.
- Manage room inventory, rate availability, and booking discrepancies in coordination with the Revenue and Reservations teams.
- Act as the primary point of contact for guest inquiries, special requests, and complaint resolution to ensure 100% satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze front office performance metrics, including occupancy rates and guest feedback scores.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and operational procedures.
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B departments to ensure holistic operational excellence.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a Front Office supervisory or management role within the hospitality industry.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
- Proficiency in Hotel Management Systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to remain calm under pressure and resolve complex guest issues.
- Deep understanding of the local Lombok tourism market and hospitality standards.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
