As a Front Office Manager, you will be the face of our establishment, responsible for creating positive first impressions and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their stay. This role offers a competitive salary range of Rp 9,000,000 - Rp 11,000,000 per month, along with opportunities for professional growth, flexible scheduling, and exclusive staff discounts.

Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate front desk operations, including check-in/check-out processes
- Train, mentor, and manage front office staff to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and efficiency
- Monitor front desk performance metrics and implement improvement strategies
- Manage room inventory and ensure accurate billing procedures
- Coordinate with other departments (housekeeping, maintenance, etc.) for seamless operations
- Implement and maintain front office policies and procedures
- Prepare daily reports and analyze operational data for continuous improvement
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in front office operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in hotel management software and reservation systems
- Problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions under pressure
- Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and best practices
- Fluency in English and local language (Bahasa Indonesia)
