Tanggung Jawab

  • Supervise and coordinate front desk operations, including check-in/check-out processes
  • Train, mentor, and manage front office staff to ensure high-quality service delivery
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and efficiency
  • Monitor front desk performance metrics and implement improvement strategies
  • Manage room inventory and ensure accurate billing procedures
  • Coordinate with other departments (housekeeping, maintenance, etc.) for seamless operations
  • Implement and maintain front office policies and procedures
  • Prepare daily reports and analyze operational data for continuous improvement

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in front office operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in hotel management software and reservation systems
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions under pressure
  • Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and best practices
  • Fluency in English and local language (Bahasa Indonesia)
