Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily front office operations including check-in/out, reservations, and guest services
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of front desk agents to deliver exceptional service
- Manage guest feedback and resolve complaints promptly and professionally
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments for seamless operations
- Monitor occupancy, revenue targets, and implement strategies to maximize performance
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety standards, and brand guidelines
- Prepare reports on front office performance and suggest improvements
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of experience in front office management within the hospitality industry
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities in English; knowledge of local languages is a plus
- Experience with property management systems (e.g., Opera, PMS)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
- Willingness to relocate to Timor-Leste
- Customer-oriented mindset and problem-solving aptitude
