We are currently seeking a highly motivated and charismatic Front Office Manager / Chief Concierge to lead the Front Office and Concierge operations at our prestigious property in Badung, Bali. In this pivotal leadership role, you will take full ownership of the guest arrival and departure experience, managing check-in/out, guest relations, bell services, and comprehensive guest communications. Your leadership will inspire the team to anticipate needs, resolve issues proactively, and cultivate a culture of genuine hospitality. You will collaborate closely with Housekeeping, Reservations, and Food & Beverage departments to ensure flawless inter-departmental communication, creating a cohesive and memorable stay for every guest.

As a key member of the hotel's management team, you will be responsible for driving revenue through effective room inventory and rate allocation strategies. You will handle VIP guest arrivals and complex complaints with grace and precision, acting as the ultimate brand ambassador. Conducting regular team briefings, training sessions, and performance reviews will be central to your role, fostering continuous improvement and maintaining the highest 5-star standards. Financial acumen is essential as you will manage departmental budgets, monitor labor costs, and optimize operational expenses without compromising service quality.

The ideal candidate is a polished, professional leader with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a Front Office leadership role within a 5-star hotel or luxury resort. Solid experience as a Chief Concierge or in a similar guest-focused role is highly preferred. You must possess strong proficiency in Opera PMS, exceptional communication skills, and fluency in English. Proficiency in additional languages such as Japanese, Mandarin, or German is a significant advantage. Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee the entire Front Office and Concierge operations, including check-in/out, guest relations, bell services, and guest communications.
  • Lead, mentor, and train the front office and concierge team to deliver exceptional 5-star service and uphold brand standards.
  • Manage room inventory, rate allocation, and upselling strategies to maximize revenue and occupancy.
  • Handle VIP guest arrivals, special requests, and complex guest complaints with poise and professionalism.
  • Collaborate with Housekeeping, Reservations, and F&B departments to ensure flawless inter-departmental communication and guest experience.
  • Conduct regular team briefings, performance reviews, and training sessions to enhance service quality.
  • Monitor guest feedback on platforms such as TripAdvisor and OTA reviews, implementing action plans for continuous improvement.
  • Manage departmental budgets, labor costs, and operational expenses efficiently.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a Front Office leadership role within a 5-star hotel or luxury resort environment.
  • Previous experience as a Chief Concierge or Concierge Manager is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of Opera PMS and other hotel management systems.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages (Japanese, Chinese, German) is a strong plus.
  • Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field.
  • Legal right to work in Indonesia.
