About the Role: As the Night Auditor, you will be the primary financial guardian of the hotel during the overnight hours. You will meticulously reconcile all daily transactions across every department, from the F&B outlets to room charges, ensuring every rupiah is accounted for. Your reports provide the critical foundation for the General Manager and Finance team to make informed strategic decisions.

Tanggung Jawab
- Perform the complete Night Audit process: balance daily income, post operational costs, and verify guest folios.
- Reconcile all revenue reports from F&B, Room Service, and other hotel outlets.
- Prepare comprehensive daily financial packets, including the Night Audit Report, Flash Report, and departmental summaries.
- Check in / Check out guests during the night shift, providing a courteous and efficient service experience.
- Monitor hotel security by conducting property walkthroughs and reviewing nightly activity logs.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and overnight requests, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Compile and distribute the daily arrival list, VIP notifications, and meeting room schedules for the morning team.
- Set up the front desk for the following day, including preparing cash floats, room keys, and registration cards.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Accounting, or a related field is highly preferred.
- Previous experience in a hotel front office or night audit role is a strong advantage.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Familiarity with Property Management Systems (PMS) such as VHP, Opera, or Amadeus.
- Strong numerical aptitude and meticulous attention to detail.
- Exceptional integrity and ability to handle confidential financial data.
- Excellent communication skills in Indonesian and English (verbal and written).
- Willingness to work strictly overnight shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
