GiO Dental Care is looking for a dedicated and professional Front Office professional to join our dynamic team in Denpasar, Bali. As the first point of contact for our valued patients, you will play a pivotal role in creating a welcoming and efficient environment. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations at the reception desk, managing patient communications, and supporting the clinic's daily activities. Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and welcome patients warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Schedule and manage patient appointments efficiently using the clinic’s management system.
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails, responding to inquiries and directing calls appropriately.
- Assist with patient registration, insurance verification, and accurate data entry.
- Handle payments, invoicing, and general administrative tasks with precision.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
- Coordinate with dental assistants and doctors to ensure seamless patient flow.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (D3/S1 preferred).
- Previous experience in a front desk, reception, or hospitality role is an advantage.
- Strong verbal communication skills in Indonesian (Bahasa Indonesia).
- Basic proficiency in English is a plus.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
