Tanggung Jawab
- Manage guest check-in/check-out procedures efficiently using hotel management systems
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with empathy and professionalism
- Process payments, manage cash handling, and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B departments to resolve guest issues
- Upsell hotel services, amenities, and local experiences to enhance guest satisfaction
- Maintain accurate reservation records and room status information
- Prepare daily reports including occupancy rates and revenue statistics
- Ensure lobby and reception area maintain impeccable presentation standards
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year experience in front desk or customer service role (hospitality preferred)
- Proficiency in hotel management software (Opera, etc.) and MS Office applications
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; multilingual skills highly valued
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Valid work permit for Indonesia (if applicable)
- Professional appearance and positive, service-oriented attitude
