In this pivotal role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for a thrilling and safe adventure. You will manage the front desk, handle check-ins and bookings, coordinate with our climbing instructors, and ensure every visitor feels valued and excited from the moment they walk in. Tanggung Jawab

  • Greet and welcome guests with a warm, friendly, and professional demeanor, creating a lasting first impression.
  • Efficiently manage the check-in and check-out process, including waiver signing, payment processing, and issuing climbing gear.
  • Handle incoming reservations and inquiries via phone, email, and online booking systems with accuracy and speed.
  • Assist with maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting lobby, retail, and waiting area.
  • Coordinate daily with climbing instructors and management to ensure smooth session flow and guest satisfaction.
  • Effectively resolve guest concerns and complaints with a calm and solution-oriented approach.
  • Support retail sales of merchandise, snacks, and beverages.
  • Promote the Clip n Climb brand and assist with capturing high-quality photos and videos for our social media channels.

Kualifikasi

  • Prior experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Agent, or in a similar customer-facing role within the hospitality, tourism, or entertainment industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, capable of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficient in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office) and ability to learn reservation/booking software quickly.
  • Outgoing, energetic personality with a genuine passion for helping people and creating fun experiences.
  • Punctual, reliable, and professional appearance and attitude.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
  • High school diploma required; degree in Hospitality or Tourism is a strong advantage.
