Tanggung Jawab
- Manage guest check-in/check-out processes efficiently and accurately
- Handle incoming calls and direct inquiries to appropriate personnel/departments
- Maintain organized front desk operations including scheduling and documentation
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Assist with basic administrative tasks including email correspondence and filing
- Uphold brand standards through professional appearance and service delivery
- Support event coordination and visitor management as required
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in front desk or hospitality reception
- Excellent command of English and Bahasa Indonesia (verbal/written)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and property management systems
- Exceptional multitasking abilities with attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach
- Professional demeanor with polished communication style
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
