We are looking for an experienced and professional person to be an Front Office Receptionist at Butler Management. In this role, you will manage the front desk operations, ensuring a welcoming environment for all visitors. Tanggung Jawab

  • Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage the front desk operations, including answering phone calls and routing inquiries.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, and email correspondence.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and maintaining guest records.
  • Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department in a timely fashion.
  • Support the hotel or office management team with special projects and tasks.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or hospitality role.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
  • Strong computer literacy, including MS Office and hotel management software.
  • Professional appearance and grooming standards.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
