As the face of our wellness resort, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring every guest feels welcomed, valued, and relaxed. Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a smooth and positive first impression.
- Manage the front desk operations efficiently, including answering phones and responding to inquiries.
- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures, verifying guest details and processing payments accurately.
- Provide information regarding local attractions, spa services, and resort amenities to enhance the guest stay.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area and lobby.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest requests are fulfilled promptly.
- Handle guest complaints or special requests with empathy and professionalism, escalating issues when necessary.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in a front office, reception, or hospitality role is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong computer proficiency, including familiarity with hotel management software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, luxury environment while maintaining a positive demeanor.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to work full-time hours, including weekends and holidays.
