Chi Day Spas is inviting a dedicated Front Office Receptionist to join our prestigious Komodo Oasis location. We are a rapidly expanding international spa brand, and we are looking for a professional individual to help us maintain our reputation for excellence and luxury.

As the face of our wellness resort, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring every guest feels welcomed, valued, and relaxed. Tanggung Jawab

  • Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a smooth and positive first impression.
  • Manage the front desk operations efficiently, including answering phones and responding to inquiries.
  • Assist with check-in and check-out procedures, verifying guest details and processing payments accurately.
  • Provide information regarding local attractions, spa services, and resort amenities to enhance the guest stay.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area and lobby.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest requests are fulfilled promptly.
  • Handle guest complaints or special requests with empathy and professionalism, escalating issues when necessary.

Kualifikasi

  • Previous experience in a front office, reception, or hospitality role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Strong computer proficiency, including familiarity with hotel management software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, luxury environment while maintaining a positive demeanor.
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work full-time hours, including weekends and holidays.
