Mad Monkey Uluwatu, a premier social hostel in the heart of Bali's surf paradise, is looking for a vibrant Front Office Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our international guests, you will play a crucial role in creating the legendary Mad Monkey experience.

We are seeking a candidate who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves meeting people from all over the world, and possesses the professional touch to ensure every guest feels at home from the moment they check in. Tanggung Jawab

  • Warmly welcome guests upon arrival and manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently.
  • Provide guests with local information, surf spot recommendations, and Mad Monkey event schedules.
  • Manage room bookings, handle inquiries, and process payments using our property management system.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure high standards of cleanliness and comfort.
  • Manage guest complaints or concerns with a solution-oriented and positive attitude.
  • Maintain a tidy and welcoming front desk environment at all times.
  • Assist in promoting and organizing hostel social events to foster a community atmosphere.

Kualifikasi

  • Proven experience in front office, reception, or customer service roles, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Strong computer literacy and proficiency in basic office software.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle pressure during peak periods.
  • Deep understanding of the Uluwatu area and a passion for the Bali travel lifestyle.
  • Flexible availability, including the ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
