Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist front office and butler teams with daily operational tasks including message delivery and guest request coordination
  • Perform runner duties such as transporting items, managing supplies, and maintaining departmental efficiency
  • Support guest check-in/check-out processes by handling luggage and providing timely assistance
  • Act as a communication liaison between departments to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of public areas and back-of-house facilities
  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve routine issues with professionalism
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain service standards during peak periods

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 1 year experience in hospitality or customer service role
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Physical stamina to stand/walk for extended periods and lift moderate loads
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
  • Knowledge of hospitality service standards and guest expectations
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with hotel management systems
