As the first point of contact for our members, you will play a pivotal role in creating an welcoming, professional, and energetic environment at our premier padel facility.
In this role, you will be the face of the club, ensuring every member and guest receives exceptional service from the moment they walk through our doors. Tanggung Jawab
- Warmly greet all members and guests upon arrival, ensuring a premium check-in experience.
- Manage court bookings, scheduling, and payment processing through our club management software.
- Handle member inquiries via phone, email, and social media platforms with high professionalism.
- Coordinate with facility staff to ensure courts and common areas meet cleanliness and safety standards.
- Maintain accurate membership records, attendance logs, and inventory of club retail items.
- Actively promote club events, tournaments, and membership packages to prospective clients.
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and effectively to maintain high levels of member satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma; a degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or Business Management is a plus.
- Previous experience in front office, receptionist, or customer service roles is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency in using POS systems or scheduling software.
- A friendly, outgoing personality with a genuine interest in the sports and wellness industry.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a high-traffic environment.
- Proven reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
