Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage guest check-in/check-out procedures efficiently and accurately

  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments for guest requests
  • Process payments and manage cash handling procedures

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 1 year experience in front desk or hospitality roles
  • Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written/spoken)
