Tanggung Jawab
- Manage guest check-in/check-out procedures efficiently and accurately
- Handle reservation inquiries and bookings through digital platforms
- Assist guests with local information, transportation, and activity recommendations
- Maintain organized front desk operations and documentation
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments for guest requests
- Process payments and manage cash handling procedures
- Address guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Contribute to maintaining a clean and welcoming reception environment
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year experience in front desk or hospitality roles
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written/spoken)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Customer service-oriented with problem-solving abilities
- Basic knowledge of property management systems
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Positive attitude and cultural sensitivity
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
