Tanggung Jawab
- Warmly greet and check-in guests, ensuring a seamless and welcoming arrival experience.
- Manage guest reservations, cancellations, and modifications with high attention to detail.
- Handle incoming calls, inquiries, and guest requests professionally and promptly.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of hotel facilities, services, and local attractions to provide expert recommendations.
- Process payments, issue invoices, and manage guest accounts accurately using the Property Management System (PMS).
- Coordinate with housekeeping and concierge teams to ensure special guest requirements are fulfilled.
- Resolve guest concerns or complaints with empathy and efficiency to ensure maximum satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a Front Office or Guest Relations role, preferably in 4-5 star hotels.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English; ability to speak additional languages is a significant advantage.
- Proficiency in hotel Property Management Systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- A polished, professional appearance and a proactive, guest-oriented attitude.
- Willingness to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
