Tanggung Jawab
- Warmly greet, register, and assign rooms to guests upon arrival, ensuring a seamless check-in experience.
- Manage the check-out process efficiently, including reviewing guest folios and processing payments accurately.
- Provide comprehensive information about hotel facilities, local attractions, and concierge services to enhance guest stays.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally to ensure total satisfaction.
- Collaborate with Housekeeping and Maintenance teams to ensure room readiness and report any facility issues immediately.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations using our Property Management System (PMS).
- Promote hotel amenities and ancillary services to maximize revenue opportunities.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma or Vocational School degree in Hospitality/Tourism is preferred.
- Previous experience in a Front Office or Guest Relations role in a hotel/resort is a significant advantage.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English is essential; additional language skills are a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, welcoming, and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with hotel reservation software.
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask effectively under pressure.
- Strong commitment to providing high-quality, personalized service.
