Tanggung Jawab

  • Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional, and friendly demeanor.
  • Manage guest inquiries, provide information about our services, and resolve concerns effectively.
  • Coordinate check-in and check-out processes efficiently to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain an organized and welcoming reception area at all times.
  • Handle incoming calls, messages, and emails with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest arrivals, bookings, and site visit logs.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent; Diploma in Hospitality or Tourism is a plus.
  • Previous experience in Front Office, Guest Relations, or Customer Service is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and proficiency in English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a patient and helpful attitude.
  • Well-groomed, professional appearance, and positive body language.
  • Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Basic computer literacy and comfort using office software/booking systems.
  • Residing in or willing to relocate to the Badung area.
