In this role, you will be the face of The Keranjang, managing guest interactions with warmth, professionalism, and efficiency. We are seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses excellent communication skills to handle inquiries, administrative tasks, and service coordination. Tanggung Jawab

  • Welcome and register guests with a friendly, professional demeanor.
  • Provide comprehensive information regarding facilities, services, and local attractions to enhance the guest experience.
  • Manage administrative duties, including scheduling, documentation, and reporting.
  • Handle incoming communications via phone, email, and social media platforms efficiently.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery and problem resolution.
  • Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the front office area.
  • Assist in managing guest feedback and ensuring timely follow-up to maintain high satisfaction levels.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Management/Tourism is preferred.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or front office role is highly advantageous.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a warm and energetic personality.
  • Proficiency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English (verbal and written).
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Must be tech-savvy with experience in basic office software (Microsoft Office, Email, etc.).
  • Professional appearance and a commitment to maintaining service excellence.
  • Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
