Tanggung Jawab

  • Warmly greet and welcome all patients upon arrival, ensuring a pleasant first impression.
  • Manage the registration process, including verifying patient data and insurance information.
  • Handle appointment scheduling and coordinate doctor availability effectively.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries with high professionalism and clarity.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front office environment.
  • Process payments and provide accurate documentation for financial records.
  • Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow throughout the clinic.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent; a degree in Hospitality or related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in front office, receptionist, or customer service roles, preferably in a clinic or medical environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian and English.
  • Proficiency in computer systems, specifically Microsoft Office and clinic management software.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask under pressure.
  • A friendly, empathetic, and professional demeanor.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive work attitude.
