Tanggung Jawab
- Warmly greet and welcome all patients upon arrival, ensuring a pleasant first impression.
- Manage the registration process, including verifying patient data and insurance information.
- Handle appointment scheduling and coordinate doctor availability effectively.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries with high professionalism and clarity.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front office environment.
- Process payments and provide accurate documentation for financial records.
- Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow throughout the clinic.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent; a degree in Hospitality or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in front office, receptionist, or customer service roles, preferably in a clinic or medical environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian and English.
- Proficiency in computer systems, specifically Microsoft Office and clinic management software.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask under pressure.
- A friendly, empathetic, and professional demeanor.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive work attitude.
