HeHa Skyview is currently seeking a vibrant and service-oriented Front Office Staff to join our team in Gunung Kidul. In this role, you will be the face of our company, providing an exceptional first impression to our guests while ensuring smooth operational flow.
As a Front Office Staff, you will play a critical role in maintaining the high service standards that HeHa Skyview is known for. You will be responsible for welcoming guests, managing inquiries, and ensuring that every visitor leaves with a memorable experience. We are looking for an individual who is not only professional and organized but also possesses a friendly demeanor and the ability to work effectively in a high-traffic tourism environment.
Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional, and hospitable attitude upon their arrival.
- Provide comprehensive information regarding HeHa Skyview attractions, ticket pricing, and visitor guidelines.
- Manage visitor inquiries and resolve guest concerns promptly and efficiently to ensure satisfaction.
- Handle reservations and ticketing procedures accurately using our internal operating systems.
- Coordinate with other departments to maintain seamless guest flow and service quality.
- Maintain a tidy and organized front desk station, ensuring all necessary promotional materials are available.
- Report daily guest traffic and operational issues to the supervisor on duty.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a front-facing customer service or reception role is highly preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to speak clearly and politely to diverse groups of people.
- Proficiency in basic computer operation and administration tasks.
- Able to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays, to accommodate tourism peak times.
- Possess a well-groomed, professional appearance and a positive "can-do" attitude.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced tourist environment.
