Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and welcome customers warmly upon arrival at the TIKI branch.
- Provide accurate information regarding shipping services, rates, and procedures.
- Process customer documents and ensure all data is entered correctly into the system.
- Assist in packaging and preparing items for pickup or delivery.
- Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and escalate them when necessary.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front office area.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma (SMK) or equivalent.
- Strong communication skills in Indonesian and English (basic preferred).
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail when handling paperwork and customer data.
- Willingness to work full-time, including weekends or holidays as required.
