Tanggung Jawab

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for guests and visitors, ensuring a warm and professional welcome.
  • Manage the front desk operations, including inquiry handling, guest registration, and appointment scheduling.
  • Maintain high standards of office presentation and guest area cleanliness.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism and accuracy.
  • Assist in administrative tasks and record-keeping to ensure efficient daily operations.
  • Resolve guest queries or complaints promptly and escalate complex issues to management when necessary.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of a high school diploma or vocational degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a customer service or front office role is highly preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian; proficiency in English is a significant advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, professional, and helpful demeanor.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and standard office equipment.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work effectively under pressure.
