Tanggung Jawab

  • Warmly welcome students, visitors, and staff, providing a professional and positive first impression of PIB College.
  • Manage front desk operations, including answering multi-line phone calls, responding to emails, and directing inquiries to the appropriate departments.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, document filing, and scheduling appointments.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area, ensuring all promotional materials are current and well-stocked.
  • Assist in the coordination of campus events and guest logistics.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services effectively.
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling student and institutional information.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum Diploma degree in Hospitality, Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in Front Office, Reception, or Customer Service roles is highly preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office management software.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a calm demeanor under pressure.
  • Well-groomed appearance with a professional attitude at all times.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a diverse academic and professional team.
