Tanggung Jawab

  • Warmly greet and welcome all guests upon arrival with a professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Manage check-in and check-out procedures accurately using property management systems.
  • Provide comprehensive information regarding hotel facilities, local attractions, and services in Bali.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly to ensure maximum satisfaction.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area at all times.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready and issues are resolved quickly.
  • Process payments, manage billing, and maintain accurate records of daily transactions.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent; Diploma in Hospitality or Tourism is a plus.
  • Previous experience in Front Office, Guest Service, or a related customer service role is preferred.
  • Proficiency in English; ability to speak other foreign languages is highly advantageous.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work in flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Well-groomed with a professional appearance and a warm, approachable personality.
  • Basic computer literacy and comfort using hotel reservation software.
