Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage front desk operations including member check-in/out and visitor reception
  • Handle membership inquiries, registrations, and payment processing
  • Maintain organized reception area and ensure cleanliness standards
  • Coordinate with trainers for class schedules and member appointments
  • Answer and direct incoming calls and communications professionally
  • Assist with administrative tasks including filing and data entry
  • Support marketing initiatives through member engagement and promotions
  • Collaborate with team to resolve service issues and improve member satisfaction

Kualifikasi

  • High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
  • Minimum 1 year experience in front desk or customer service role
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Proficiency with office software and booking systems
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
